Ordering & Payment

Can i order by phone?

Yes, we take phone orders. Call us on 0431 990 607 between 9am - 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. For our New Zealand friends, please dial +61 (0) 431 990 607.

Are the prices displayed on your website inclusive of GST?

Yes all prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. For New Zealand customers, this 10% GST will be automatically deducted when you checkout.

What are your payment options?

We accept credit card and debit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). We also accept payment via Paypal, direct bank deposit / transfer and bank cheque or money order.

Is it safe to pay online using my credit card details?

Yes, we take online security seriously. We utilise Stripe and Paypal payment solutions for online payments and a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure a secure transaction environment for submitting your personal details. We do not store your credit card details on our site.  Please visit our Payment & Security page for more information.

Do i need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card?

No you don't need a PayPal account. When you are re-directed to the Paypal secure payment page, just click on 'Don't have a PayPal account' to enter your card and address details.

How quickly are orders processed?

We aim to dispatch same or next business day. If you need your order urgently, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will be more than happy to help.

Will you keep my information private?

At Baby Tooth Land, your privacy is our priority. We will not release any personal information of our customers to persons or entities outside our organization without your consent unless required by law. We do not sell or rent any customer lists. Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

How much does shipping cost?

For delivery within Australia, shipping is $7.50 for small parcels, $12.50 for medium parcels and $15.00 for large parcels. All our deliveries within Australia come with a tracking number so you can track your parcel and not worry about it getting lost in the mail.

For delivery to New Zealand, you can choose between the Non-Trackable method or Trackable method. Non-Trackable delivery is $12.00 for small parcels, $23.00 for medium parcels and $30.00 for large parcels. Trackable delivery starts at $20.

For New Zealand customers, please note that if you select Non-Trackable delivery, we will not be held responsible for parcels lost during shipment. While we take every care to package and post the parcels, Non-Trackable delivery cannot be tracked.

How do i know if my order is a small parcel, medium parcel or large parcel?

The weight of the order determines whether it is a small, medium or large parcel.  Our shipping calculator will automatically work out the weight and the applicable shipping charge.  You can estimate the shipping charge at the shopping cart page.

Can i pick up my order?

No sorry we do not offer pick ups. If you prefer, please visit our Stockists page to find a retail store near you to buy our range of products.

How long does delivery take?

This depends on your delivery address.  All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. We aim to dispatch same business day or next business day.

Deliveries within Australia will usually take 2 - 5 business days. For deliveries to New Zealand, we suggest you allow 3 - 10 business days.

If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived yet?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of making payment, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will help you track your parcel.

Note, all Australia-wide deliveries are trackable. For deliveries to New Zealand, we can only track your parcel if you selected the Trackable delivery method. If you selected the Non-Trackable delivery method, we are unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but we will offer all reasonable assistance to locate any missing parcels.

You should also check your letter box for a Calling Card that may have been left by Australia Post when they attempted delivery. Also check your nearest post office as parcels are often waiting there for your collection.

What if the product i order is faulty or I am not happy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will happily exchange, refund or replace any item that it is faulty or you are unhappy with - provided that the item is unused, in original condition / packaging and returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Wish List

What is a wish list and how can i create one?

Wish lists are a way to save and share the products that you want to own. They are the similar to a "Gift Registry".

You can create wish lists by clicking on "Wish Lists" at the top of the page. You then login, name and create the wish list. Add products to the wish list by visiting a product page and clicking the "Add to Wishlist" button. To share your wishlist, click on "Wish Lists" at the top of any page, click "Edit", enable sharing, save and click "Share".
