We deliver to Australia and New Zealand. All deliveries are handled by Australia Post or courier. We will process your order as soon as possible and in most cases despatch the same or next business day from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been confirmed.

We recommend that you select Trackable as the delivery method as the parcel can be tracked. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost during shipment if you choose the Non-Trackable delivery method.

At Baby Tooth Land, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer and want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience. We will happily exchange, refund or replace any item that it is faulty or you are unhappy with - provided that the item is unused, in original condition / packaging and returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item you've purchased from our website, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All returned items must be in unused condition, complete with original packaging and must be received by us within 14 days of purchase. Pending an inspection, a refund will be issued for all returns meeting above requirements. A store credit will be issued for all returns received more than 14 days after purchase and/or without original packaging or in an opened condition. Refunds and store credits will be issued for the value of the item(s) including taxes.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Return postage of products is not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty. We will, however, forward any replacement items to you free of charge. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return package by registered post or a traceable carrier. Baby Tooth Land is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
